Larson’s obsession with Grace began when he witnessed her wonderful performance on American’s Got Talent season 11 (in 2016).
Daniel was watching the singing competition show with his grandmother, Nancy Shriner. His grandma said, “Maybe one day you will be with her when you make it big as a singer.”
Those innocent words unknowingly sowed the seeds of obsession. In 2021, it took hold with the death of his grandmother.
He started posting videos on his social media platforms including TikTok and YouTube. In his first video about Grace, he announced they were collaborating on a project.
Eventually, Daniel announced that he was dating VanerWaal. Larson was living a relationship with Grace without her knowledge. This “relationship” developed quickly, largely as a result of his illusions, which were primarily fed by fake trolls and managers.
His comments about the talented singer on his multiple social media profiles become more graphic with time
Many of these posts featured Daniel’s sexual fantasies about Grace and descriptions of the various unspeakable actions he would like to do with her.
Daniel was seen sobbing uncontrollably in a few well-known posts at Grace’s purported ‘death.’
While Grace has never acknowledged Daniel, communications from her mother Tina VanderWaal indicate that she does not want anything to do with him.
Moreover, Trolls frequently assume her persona to earn Daniel’s trust and divulge private details. Due to his obvious mental problems, his terrible obsession with her, or possibly both, Daniel is easily duped by this.
Even though he has been duped numerous times by someone posing as Grace, he still falls for many similar methods today.
Despite being told off by Grace’s mother, Tina VanderWaal, and a large number of internet users, Daniel continues to post content related to Grace.
