Oliver Peck was born on July 29, 1971, in Texas, United States, to Diane Lucas. Peck has always had a strong interest in drawing and art. He is of white ethnicity and possesses American citizenship. During his adolescence, he was a skater and attended South West High School, which was close to his house. He used to be able to choose any classes he wanted at his school.
Peck was despised by his school’s football squad since all of the girls were impressed by his incredible skating abilities. He was astounded by the flaws of adolescence when he experimented with narcotics and became addicted. Peck once broke open a pen, spilled out some ink, and stabbed himself in the leg over a thousand times, and that’s when it all started. He began his tattoo obsession when he was 17 years old.
He was also held up in jail for doing drugs throughout his school days, and after he came out, he recognized what he was doing was wrong, so he started working at a conveyable factory.
