After completing her bachelor’s degree, Tiffany Pennywell moved to Seattle to work as an employee. She began working at Insight Global as a Professional Recruiter in May 2011. After graduating, she was able to land a prestigious full-time job within a year. She worked for Insight Global for four and a half years before leaving in October 2015.
After being hired by Amazon, she quit her job at the former company. She started working as a North American Operations Recruiter for the largest e-commerce company in the same month. After working with Amazon for less than a year, she was elevated to Client Lead Recruiter in April 2016. Before leaving the company in December 2022, she spent more than seven years there.
Our predictions state that she might have lost her job when the company let go about 20,000 workers in late 2022. However, since leaving Amazon, she hasn’t changed her employment status on LinkedIn. Despite having corporate work experience, she gained notoriety after appearing in the third season of Love is Blind.
Along with 29 other contestants, she participated in the well-known dating program, which featured Irina Solomonova, Jackelina Bonds, Bliss Poureetezadi, and many others. Her appearance on the show increased her following on social media. She had about a thousand fans prior to the start of the performance. Since the debut of the first episode, she has gained over 10,000 followers in little than two days.
