The Tomorrow People star Robbie proposed to his longtime girlfriend Italia with a diamond engagement ring after more than five years of dating. The pair announced their engagement through Instagram.
On August 20, 2014, Robbie tweeted a photo of their engagement with the comment, “She said yes!!!… I believe. I’m not entirely certain. “I’m getting married to my best friend.” Similarly, on August 21, 2014, Italia posted a photo with Robbie showing off her engagement ring, captioning it, “I’m very lucky.”
