Chanda Kochhar, the former CEO of ICICI Bank, was born on November 17, 1961 in Rajasthan, India. She was born into a Hindu household. Kochhar’s parents enrolled her at Jaipur’s St. Angela Sophia School. She afterwards traveled to Mumbai for higher education and enrolled at Jai Hind College. She earned her bachelor’s degree in business there. Previously, Chanda’s family was overjoyed when she received the Wockhardt Gold Medal for Excellence in Management Studies. She was also awarded the J. N. Bose Gold Medal in Cost Accounting.
Chanda was a brilliant student who worked tirelessly to attain her goals. When it comes to her family, she is from the Rajasthan city of Jodhpur. Her family practices Hinduism. Later, Chanda relocated to Mumbai to establish her own profession and family. Her relatives and parents were initially pleased of their daughter’s significant accomplishments.
