She was born Rachel Katharine DiPillo on January 26, 1991, in Flint, Michigan. She was reared in Nashville, Tennessee.
Her name, which is Jewish in origin and means “ewe,” is. John G. DiPillo, Rachel’s father, was of Italian and Lithuanian descent, and Jackie Welton DiPillo, Rachel’s mother, was of English and Irish origin.
Danielle DiPillo, her younger sister, and Megan, her older sister, were her sisters when she was a child. Shortly after Rachel’s birth, her family moved to a suburb of Nashville, Tennessee.

In 1983, she competed in the Miss Oklahoma beauty contest. She could sing as well. DiPillo participated in plays and dancing sessions at her school when she was younger.
