On Twitter, Vaibhav Singh raised worry that Zahack Tanvir (@zahacktanvir) had been imprisoned by Saudi officials on December 18th as a result of false charges made by the Pakistani government.
He has urged people to query @IndianEmbRiyadh about their current attempts to remove Zahack because abandoning a patriotic and anti-Ikhwan voice of his country in a foreign land does not send a very favorable message. He pleaded for Zahack’s release, claiming that his arrest was unjustified. Just because the ISI made some dubious claims?
In a message delivered to him a few weeks ago, Zahack stated that the Muslim Brotherhood and Pakistanis were looking for him. He also included a snapshot of the text. That tweet has gotten a lot of likes and retweets. According to one person, the Saudi government is unwelcome and unexpected! Zahack was a devoted Saudi Arabian who was constantly looking out for India’s best interests.
