On Instagram, a woman claimed to be pregnant with his fourth child.
Furthermore, sources say he has three other pregnant women, which complicates his personal life and draws a lot of attention and controversy. Earlier this year, Xavien Howard was embroiled in a lawsuit alleging that he had secretly captured and shared sexual recordings.
