Star Harvey is a popular American meteorologist for the PIX11 Weekend Morning News from 8 until 10 a.m. and a weekday feature reporter. She came to PIX11 in April 2022. Previously, Star worked at KIAH in Houston, TX on the “No Wait Weather + Traffic” morning show as well as a meteorologist and lifestyle show co-host for “Houston Happens.”
Prior to working at KIAH Houston, Star received her first job at KREX News 5 News Grand Junction, CO as a meteorologist on the weekday evening news, following getting her start as a multimedia journalist at the station. Star also served as a newsroom editor/anchor for the CSUN-owned 88.5 KCSN and the popular n LA Parent Magazine. She also served as a news assistant for ABC7 KABC Los Angeles.
