Alia Shawkat was born in Riverside, California, to her father, Tony Shawkat, a film producer, and mother, Dina Shawkat. The artist was born on April 18, 1989, and grew up in Palm Springs. Alia is currently years old.
Furthermore, Shawkat has two brothers whose identities have not been revealed. Her father is from Baghdad, Iraq, while her mother is of Norwegian, Irish, and Italian descent. As a result, Alia is of mixed ethnicity.
