Daniel Jones’ wife is Kathleen de Leon Jones. Kathleen de Leon Jones is an Australian actress, dancer, and singer of Filipino descent. The two met for the first time at the 42nd Annual TV Week Logie Awards. Jones proposed to de Leon in 2003, more than three years into their relationship, at his 30th birthday celebration at Brisbane’s GPO Bar.
Jones’s parents and more than 100 other guests were “shocked” by the surprise proposal. De Leon and Jones married on Queensland’s Gold Coast on October 9, 2005, at the Avica Weddings and Resort. Bora of Bora Couture created de Leon’s wedding gown, which had a pearl set in the back and diamond gems in the front.
Jones wrote “Love Is Enough” to honor his wife. De Leon announced that she was four months pregnant on February 25, 2006. The couple’s first child, Mikayla, was born on July 26, 2006. De Leon gave birth to the couple’s second child on October 30, 2010.
