John Muldoon is a great rugby player who tied the marital knot with his partner, Lorna Byrne.
The couple got married over the weekend, with the lovely bride Lorna wearing a white gown and the 34-year-old captain Muldoon donning a three-piece navy suit.
John Muldoon’s wife, Lorna, a Salthill woman, accepted the athlete’s proposal in New York City in November.
After the wedding, the bride and groom were photographed in front of the church and appeared happy to be with each other.
John also uploaded pictures of his and his wife’s hands with the shining wedding ring on their ring fingers.
According to The Sun, John Muldoon wife works as an executive in sales and marketing at The Salthill Hotel in Galway.
John Muldoon wife, Lorna, first met the rugby star after a night out in her homeland Galway four years ago.
Talking about the rugby player’s family, John was born to his father and mother in Ballinasloe’s Portiuncula Hospital and raised in the east County Galway town of Portumna.
The athlete went to Ballyshrule’s Gortanumera National School. John attended Portumna Community School as well.
Muldoon participated in the local Portumna GAA club hurling games in his youth. He competed for Galway at the juvenile intercounty level.
He was an unutilized replacement in the Galway team’s All-Ireland Minor Hurling Championship victory over Cork in 2000.
