Born in Los Angeles County, California, on September 17, 1964, Athena Ubach is best known as the older sister of the talented actress Alanna Ubach, who was born on October 3, 1975. Sidna Ubach, their mother, is Mexican, and Rodolfo Ubach, their father, is Puerto Rican. They therefore have a variety of backgrounds. Following her academic path, Athena Ubach attended California State University, Long Beach, where she graduated with a bachelor’s degree in psychology.
She kept learning, eventually graduating from Pepperdine University with a master’s degree in marital and family therapy. With more than 20 years of experience, Athena specializes in assisting those who are struggling with mental health conditions like depression and anxiety. She has received training as a yoga instructor and uses yoga as one of her therapeutic modalities. She therefore has experience in this field as well.
Alanna Ubach, on the other hand, made a name for herself in the entertainment industry as soon as she began her acting career in the early 1990s. Her extensive resume features several well-known movies, such as “Legally Blonde,” “Meet the Fockers,” and the beloved Pixar picture “Coco.” In addition, Alanna has voiced animated characters in motion pictures such as “The Spectacular Spider-Man,” “El Tigre: The Adventures of Manny Rivera,” and “Rango.”
