Bryan Shelton is a highly accomplished American college tennis coach and former professional tennis player.
He had an impressive career as a player, competing for Georgia Tech from 1985 to 1988 and professionally from 1989 to 1997.
Following his professional career, Bryan Shelton returned to his alma mater to take on the role of coach for the Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets women’s tennis team.
They later won the NCAA Women’s Tennis Championship in 2007 under his guidance.
He is currently the head coach of the Florida Gators men’s tennis team at the University of Florida, where he has led the team to win the 2021 NCAA Championship.
Bryan Shelton is the only head coach in history to have captured national championships in both men’s and women’s NCAA Division I Tennis.
His wife, Lisa Shelton, is a successful real estate agent with the Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Thomas Group.
Hailing from Carmel, Indiana, Lisa Shelton has a rich history in tennis, having honed her skills as a talented junior player.
Together, Bryan and Lisa have been married for over 23 years and have instilled a love of athletics in their children, Emma and Ben.
