Tara Clendenen and Gref Eddy are Shelia’s parents, and she was found guilty of murder.
She was reared as an only child and was born on September 28, 1995, in Blacksville, West Virginia.
When Shelia was a little child, her parents divorced around the year 2000.
After the divorce, Tara, her mother, and Jim Clendenen relocated to Morgantown, West Virginia, in October 2010.
In July 2012, tragedy struck when Sylar Neese was killed by Shelia Eddy and her pals.
Shelia’s mother Tara filed a petition on Monongalia County Circuit Court after this horrifying incident, declaring her innocence and denying any involvement in the murder.
The victim’s mother, Mary Neese, filed a lawsuit in 2014 against Tara, Rachel Shoaf, Shelia, Tara’s mother, Patricia Shoaf, and other parties.
Tara defended herself by stating that she was not to be held guilty for her daughter’s behavior on the night of the murder since she had no control over them.
During that period, Shelia had remained at the Shoaf home.
Clendenen further emphasized that Mary Neese had publicly said on social media that she did not hold Eddy’s parents responsible for the behavior of their daughter.
