Football player Matthew Booth is not dead, however, we regret to inform you that our dear Matthew Ryan Booth, 35, of Sulphur, Louisiana, passed away.
Matt, who died graduated from Denham Springs High School and South West Louisiana Technical Community College with an Associate in Applied Science for Process Technology. He also attended Baton Rouge Community College.
Talking about player Matthew Booth, he is absolutely fine. At the Cosafa Castle Cup on February 20, 1999, against Botswana, Booth made his international debut for South Africa.
For the national team, he made 37 appearances and one goal. Booth, despite not being used as a substitute in any of the three group-stage games, was a part of the 2010 FIFA World Cup team.
Booth missed the 2002 FIFA World Cup due to a knee injury. In addition, he led the under-23 team at the Summer Olympics in 2000.
