Following a breakout season in 2022, Banks may not have broken out further in 2023, but when you look at his quarterback situation, he made the most out of the hand that was dealt.
Banks was subject to a near-revolving door come the end of the season at Wake Forest, yet persevered to haul in 59 catches for 653 yards. Despite just one touchdown against ACC competition, with even an above-average quarterback throwing him the ball, Banks has shown he can be a dependable outside threat and a potential WR1.

He started the 2023 season off with a touchdown in each of his first three games and if you look back at his success with Sam Hartman during the 2022 season, the ceiling is significantly higher for Banks with another team.
