Her family members are all highly educated and have successful occupations. Her father, David Roers, is a former Conservative councillor and the current head of Oxfordshire County Council. Thea’s mother, Sally Rogers, was both a teacher and a magistrate. Her brother Tom, a consulting company director, and sister Lucy, an attorney and law firm partner, round up the Rogers family.
Furthermore, Thea recently married her better half, George Osborne. He is also a well-known person, having served as First Secretary of State under the Cameron administration from 2015 to 2016. George also served as editor of the Evening Standard from 2017 to 2020.
According to standard.co.uk, the wedding was held at the 14th-century St Mary’s Church in the Somerset hamlet of Bruton. Over 200 people attended the wedding ceremony, including some prominent politicians and journalists. She and her husband George have two sons, Beau and Arthur.
