Dumisani began his acting career in 1992 with the drama-musical film Sarafina, in which he starred as Crocodile. He worked as an assistant on the action thriller Stander in 2003. The films Sarafina (1992) and Stander (2008), as well as the TV miniseries Entabeni, are among the actor’s major successes (2008).
Throughout his career, Dlamini has played a variety of iconic characters in South African television shows, including Chester in Yizo Yizo and Mbodla on Isibaya.
Dumisani, on the other hand, has never been recognized for his contributions. Dumisani also directed Homecoming (2004), Drum (2004), and a documentary titled Journey, Home, and Treasure (2008).
