A GoFundMe page was set up to help the family during this difficult time. "This sweet family lost a dad and husband unexpectedly. It’s been such a tragedy and anything would help even if it’s a simple share or a prayer. Please help them grieve in a time of need," the page stated. The fundraiser was set up by Chantel Gann on behalf of Heather Sullivan.
At this time, the GoFundMe account has exceeded its $10,000 goal and has raised almost $15,000.
