Maya has a brother who is five years senior to her named Taichi Erskine. He is a film editor and producer.
Taichi belongs to the Motion Picture Editors Guild. The editor is represented by Eastern Talent Agency. He was born in Tokyo, Japan, and currently resides in Los Angeles, California.
In Addition, Taichi decided to make Maya the star of his short film “Hurricane,” a DIY disaster movie made over a few summers, after seeing his sister in a high school production of “A Chorus Line.”
