Stacie Marie Laughton arrested news is all over the internet. A Nashua Democrat who has been arrested numerous times before is in legal danger once more after being implicated in at least two stalking episodes in nearby Hudson.
Stacie Marie Laughton, a state representative, was detained by Nashua police on Saturday in connection with an arrest warrant out of Hudson for allegedly violating a stalking order.
The case has little available information. However, the Hudson Police Department’s second shift commander, Lt. Roger Lamarche, verified the arrest and the charge.
On November 8, Laughton was charged by the police with corresponding with the victim via social media.
Laughton, who is also a municipal selectman, was the subject of the protection order when it was submitted on July 25.
Lamarche claims that Laughton has already been detained on suspicion of speaking with the victim.
In late August, she was charged with stalking and harassment, and in early September, she was taken into custody.
