On December 24, 1971, singer Ricky Martin was born into a family of singers, Doña Nereida Morales and Enrique Martín Negroni. Similarly, he was reared in San Juan, Puerto Rico, by his parents. His real name is Enrique Martin Negroni Nereida Morales, although he goes by Ricky on stage.
