Shane Kennedy started his education at Olympia High School. His teammates voted him All-Metro during his senior year. Around the same time, he had a career batting average of.488. Shane, on the other hand, had to deal with adversity when he sustained injuries that could have jeopardized his career.

Shane graduated from high school with honors. He attended the University of North Florida after graduating from high school. He was a member of the Ospreys in 2011.

Shane transferred to Clemson University the following year, where he majored in communications. Throughout the 2013 and 2014 seasons at Clemson, he was regarded as a powerful hitter.

Shane began his professional career after graduating from Clemson in 2015. Following that, he signed a minor league contract with the Minnesota Twins in 2016.

Kennedy spent the season with the Cedar Rapids Kernels, Fort Meyers Miracle, and GCL Twins. Throughout his career, he was frequently benched due to injury, and he claimed to be inactive and disabled while playing for Miracle.

Shane said his final goodbyes as a professional baseball player in February of 2018. He did, however, find a way to make a living through real estate. Shane began his career with Razzani International Realty and stayed with them for over five years. Later, he became a franchisee and went on to own Teriyaki Madness, which he opened in his hometown of Orlando, Florida.
