Charles Kushner, an American real estate entrepreneur, is her husband. Charles and Seryl Kushner Charitable Foundation is their joint venture. She frequently joins him for weekly business meetings because she is a strong supporter of her spouse. Seryl’s husband admitted to 18 counts of tax evasion, witness tampering, and unlawful political contributions in 2004. He also paid a prostitute to seduce his brother-in-law, who was cooperating with a federal probe into campaign finance. For all of his wrongdoings, he served 14 months of a two-year term in federal prison.
