A stunning development was the extradition of former NFL player Sergio Brown from Mexico in relation to the murder case of his mother.
While evading arrest on his extradition trip, he was caught on camera. The video showed Brown’s run-in with Mexican officials on the Mexico City-to-Tijuana flight.
After the captain of the aircraft threatened to remove him, he reacted angrily. Brown said that he was being “kidnapped again” and insisted that he had his passport when he repeatedly questioned why he was being held.
His angry outbursts persisted as he violently resisted Mexican officials and insisted on his origins and planned destination.
The chaos surrounding his detention and the extradition procedure as the inquiry into his mother’s untimely death progresses is graphically shown in the film.
