Sebastian Croft began his professional career as a stage actor in 2010. Sebastian made his stage debut at the age of seven in Sam Mendes’ production of Oliver! at the West End theatre in London.
Gavroche in “Les Misérables” at the Queen’s Theatre, Tommy in “Matilda” at the Cambridge Theatre, Adrian Mole in “The Secret Diary of Adrian Mole” at the Leicester Curve, and Emil Tischbein in “Emil and The Detectives” at the National Theatre are among his other prominent stage roles.
Croft first appeared on screen in the Fox/ITV historical drama miniseries Houdini and Doyle in 2016. In the sixth season of HBO’s hit epic fantasy drama series Game of Thrones, he played a younger version of Sean Bean’s character Eddard “Ned” Stark.

Later that year, he appeared in the third season of Eva Green’s Showtime gothic horror series Penny Dreadful as Boy Familiar. Croft made his feature film debut in The Hippopotamus, a 2017 British drama film based on Stephen Fry’s 1994 novel of the same name. I’ll Find You, a musical romantic drama released in 2019, was his next feature film.
Croft played Atti in the 2019 historical comedy Horrible Histories: The Movie — Rotten Romans, which marked his first main performance in a feature film. He was nominated for a BAFTA Award for his performance. Wonderwell, Dampyr, School’s Out Forever, and Where Is Anne Frank are among the next films in which Croft will star.
