Ryan has been appointed as the new general manager of the Chicago Bears. For the second round of interviews, a search committee consisting of five individuals was formed.

On Tuesday, January 25, 2021, they were subjected to interviews with Poles at Halas Hall. The group included Tanesha Wade, senior vice president of diversity, equity, and inclusion, Hall of Fame executive Bill Polian, McCaskey, president/CEO Ted Phillips, and LaMar “Soup” Campbell, Bears vice president of player engagement.

The squad was profoundly impacted by the Poles’ dedication and leadership. They had already noted his manner of speaking, his poise, his knowledge, and his confidence. The abilities and sense of style of the Poles astounded the crew.

They lauded Poles’ work and his understanding of the superior Bears’ techniques. After the second round of interviews on Tuesday, one of the team search members remarked sympathetically, “We got our son.”

Today, he was designated general manager of the Chicago Bears. He has been selected as the eighth general manager in Bears history.

Ryan participated in multiple events as a youth while wearing number 74. In 2005, he appeared in seven games for Boston College. During the 2004 season, he also participated in six games for Boston College.

During the 2004 season, he was the number two player on the depth chart. He has received All-American honors from Riddel, PrepStar, Parade, and PrepStar.

Ryan Poles is the current Chief Executive Officer of the Kansas City Chiefs football franchise.

During his football career, he was awarded the 2002 Gatorade New York State Player of the Year. Ryan was a senior offensive lineman who was also named to the first team of Class AA All-State.
