A tragedy befell the journalism world when 52-year-old Roderick Jackson passed away in his home office from a heart attack while working on his most recent project.
After making the terrifying discovery, his wife, Angela Jackson, contacted 911 right away and started CPR until paramedics could arrive.
They tried everything to save him, but it was unsuccessful, and he was proclaimed dead on the spot.
Interestingly, he had no documented history of cardiac conditions or other illnesses. Roderick Jackson’s funeral is set for December 10, 2023, at Ebenezer Baptist Church in Atlanta.
