Dr. Rashad Richey was reared in the rural communities of Atlanta, Sylvester, and Albany after being born in Atlanta, Georgia, on May 24, 1981, in the United States. As a youth, Rashad experienced a difficult upbringing, spending time in several foster homes. Alberta Powell is known to have been one of his foster mothers.
Due to some problems in his parents’ relationship, Rashad Richey relocated to live with his father, Nathaniel Richey, in the Atlanta metropolitan area when he was a teenager. He was seen as a thug by law enforcement officials and had many run-ins with them.
