It is unknown whether the suspects have retained attorneys or entered pleas.
After working for a state sheriff’s office, Cauthron joined the Police department less than a year ago. Tony Clayton, the district attorney for the 18th judicial court, criticized Cauthron.
Clayton claims that despite the fact that there are still many unresolved issues about the officer’s speed and overall irresponsibility, the public may rest certain that the truth will be upheld.
