He was born in Omaha, Nebraska, the United States to his hardworking and loving parents Patrick Michael and Jill Emma Marie. His mother worked as an optometrist’s assistant and homemaker while his father was a professor of business. Sparks grew up in a family of five alongside his older brother Michael Earl “Micah” and a younger sister named Danielle “Dana”.
Growing up his family relocated from Watertown, Minnesota; Inglewood, California; Playa Del Rey, California; and also Grand Island, Nebraska. Unfortunately, his parents separated in the 197s. Sparks holds an American nationality by birth but belongs to the German, Czech, English, and Irish ancestry.
