It hasn't been confirmed whether or not B Positive will be renewed for a Season 2, but it now seems unlikely. While ratings were hovering around a 0.6 average, when B Positive switched timeslots to 9:30 p.m., CBS was disappointed to learn that the audience did not carry over. 

Since switching time slots, B Positive's average rating has dropped to about 0.45 in the 18-49 demographic and the show has lost more than 1 million viewers.

However, producer Chuck Lorre's great reputation could save B Positive from cancellation. His keystone show, Young Sheldon, has already been given a 3-season renewal, and will definitely be joined by Bob Hearts Abishola, The Neighborhood, and Equalizer. 

Now that we've seen a whole season of the charmingingly funny and heartwarming B Positive, we can only hope it'll pick up steam for a Season 2.
