Steve Harvey (stepfather)
Her stepfather is a successful comedian, host, radio personality, and daytime talk show host. Steve is quite close to her.
During her appearance on Steve’s show, Morgan Harvey said,

Marjorie Harvey (biological mother)
Marjorie Elaine Bridges was born and raised in a poor, toxic neighborhood in Memphis, TN.
Jim Townsend was the first husband with whom she had a child, Lori. In addition to Jim, she was married to Darnell Woods, incarcerated for drug trafficking.

The biological father of Morgan, Darnell Woods, was reportedly a drug dealer. In addition, he was a repeated convict who couldn’t outrun the law.
The Narcotics finally caught him red-handed in a raid and sentenced him to life imprisonment; as a result, she divorced Darnell.

The couple married on October 12, 2013, after dating for a few years. He proposed to her on the patio of the Twelve Hotel.
Their wedding ceremony took place at Atlanta’s Cathedral of St. Philip. After that, the couple went to Aruba’s Palm Beach for seven days on their honeymoon.
Daughters
Morgan Harvey has two daughters. Their eldest, Elle Monroe, was born on March 22, 2015, and their youngest, Marley Jean, was born on September 1, 2020.
