Carl Davis was a family person who loved spending most of his spare time with his close ones. He was married, and together with his beloved wife, he lived a blissful life.
Apart from that, Davis was born in Brooklyn, New York City, to his Jewish parents, Sara and Isadore Davis. It seems like Carl was the only child of his parents, as there are no records of him having siblings.
Talking about his early life, Carl had an interest in pursuing a career in the entertainment line from a young age. So he also studied composition with Paul Nordoff and Hugo Kauder.
