Mark began his career in the Raiders’ retail division, where he assisted in the development of the team’s Raider Image stores. He worked in the Raiders’ equipment department, where he invented muff-style hand warmers for football in 1986. After some ups and downs with his father, he was moved out of the hose.
Davis began his role in the construction of a new Raiders stadium shortly after taking over the club. The National Football League officially approved the Raiders’ relocation from Oakland to Las Vegas on March 27, 2017. Davis has concentrated on the team’s business aspects, leaving football decisions to the team’s general manager.
