Magnus Carlsen’s girlfriend, Elisabet Lorentzen Djønne, is a student at the University of Oslo. According to various online sources, she is currently studying criminology at Oslo University. Before joining Oslo University, she attended Santa Monica College to study Business Administration in the class of 2016.
Elisabet Lorentzen Djønne’s Linkedin profile notes that she was born in a small town of Norway called Gravin. Some years later, she moved to Santa Monica, California. She started working since she was 13 at a cafe, a gas station, and a children’s park. Moreover, Djønne served in child protective services and a nursing home in India for some period. She was also a professional Zumba Instructor in Los Angeles.
However, Djønne returned to her homeland, Norway, after spending some years in the United States. As stated in Brun Og Blid, she took part in the Brun Og Blid Modelling competition in 2018. Djønne made it to the finals but could not win it.
During an interview with Hordaland magazine, Magnus Carlsen’s partner, Elisabet, said she wanted to try something new and exciting. So, she decided to take part in the modeling competition. Ever since then, the beautiful Granvin-born does not seem to have participated in any other competitions.
In 2018, Elisabet was a clerk in a clothing store in Oslo. But, it is still unknown if she continues to work there or is engaged in any other profession at the moment.
