Liza attended Valley High School in Iowa. Liza was a good student and was interested in sports from an early age. She began playing football in her high school days.
Due to her talent in football, she was able to bag a scholarship to Harvard University. She majored in English during her time there.
She graduated from Harvard University in 2005. Liza and Ryan Fitzpatrick are Harvard alumni and began dating each other during their time there. The two of them graduated in the same year. However, Soccer played an essential role in their friendship
Following graduation, they moved in together but kept their relationship hidden. During Liza’s senior year, she was the captain of her squad.
