- Lisa used to work in Florida, where she was a reporter at WTXL in Tallahassee for a short time. She developed and hosted a weekly entertainment section there.
- In 2005, she worked as a reporter for WFTS in Tampa-St. Petersburg for three years. Here, she covered some of the country’s most important stories, including the Debra Lafave scandal and Anna Nicole
- Smith’s death, as well as the custody struggle for her daughter.
- Her time in Florida was highlighted by an Emmy nomination for her coverage of the Lake County Tornado destruction.
- Lisa then relocated to Las Vegas to work as a morning and midday anchor for ABC Action News.
- During her time at ABC, she was given unprecedented access to Nellis Air Force Base’s top-secret Weapons School training facility, which is famed for producing some of the best Air Force fighters.
- Lisa was not only able to see the facility, meet the instructors and students, but she was also allowed to board an F15e during a simulated training exercise!
- Lisa worked at Las Vegas ABC affiliate KTNV for 4.5 years before saying her final on-air goodbye to her colleague.
- She returned to her hometown in 2014 to work as an anchor for Good Morning San Diego. She began working at KUSI in March of 2014.
- Lisa Remillard announced her departure from KUSI in April of this year.
- Remillard has now joined forces with Amie Martin, Carlos Amezcua, and Howard Bolter to launch BeondTV. BeondTV is a digital network that broadcasts the most recent, cool, and handpicked material. Lisa also co-hosts her own Los Angeles-based TV show, “Carlos and Lisa,” on the network.
- She has also begun work on her coaching company, ProMedia Coaching. Lisa uses her storytelling skills and on-camera experience to teach aspiring entrepreneurs, business owners, and journalists how to effectively communicate their own stories on video.
