While at an open mic event in Houston, Ralphie May and Lahna Turner met. By the mid-2000s, they had become friends and were going out together. Nobody would have thought they’d make an ideal match, but they made it work for each other, and wedding bells were soon ringing.
In the midst of their friends and family, the pair married on July 3, 2005, and the lovebirds exchanged vows, becoming husband and wife. It was a match made in heaven, and the couple persevered through all of life’s ups and downs. May and Taylor’s family grew quickly after the birth of their first child, a daughter named April June May, in 2007.
The couple soon welcomed their second child, a son named August James May, who was born in 2009. The family grew, and the husband and wife’s connection increased as well, which spilled over into their professional relationship. The duo collaborated on a number of projects together, including their podcast, ‘The Perfect 10.’
However, the marriage fell apart, and Lahna filed for divorce from her spouse in October of 2015, and the couple separated while their divorce was finalized. But it never happened because the couple was separated and waiting for their divorce to be finalized. Ralphie May passed away on October 6, 2017.
