Kristen Kenney was born on July 17th, 1989, in Virginia Beach, Virginia, USA. She looks to be guarded about her family background, therefore she kept her parents’ identities hidden from the press. Her father, on the other hand, was a journalist who died in 2012 from a heart attack, according to documents. Her father was her greatest source of inspiration and motivation. Kristen is a former Navy officer who has traveled the length and width of the United States. She eventually made her home in Virginia Beach.
Kenney graduated from First Colonial High School and went on to Elon University in North Carolina, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in broadcast journalism. She was a Division I soccer player at the same university. She went on to the University of Miami for her post-secondary education and finished with a Bachelor’s degree in Broadcasting and Arts in 2006.
