The 24-stop tour will also feature Breaking Benjamin, making each stop a not-to-be-missed show for fans of rock and nu metal. Special guests Bones UK (who just released their debut album in July 2019) will also be performing at every tour stop as well.
Korn’s newest album, "The Nothing," was released in September 2019. In a recent interview with Kerrang!, Korn frontman Jonathan Davis said that the title was inspired by the villain of The NeverEnding Story. “I was struggling with the thing that’s chasing me – that’s always f--king with me. I tried to give it a name and it just fit,” he said.
“I sound crazy when I talk about it, but one thing after another would happen – my mics would break, stuff at the studio would break, things would happen at home… Whatever it was, it was keeping me from doing what I was doing. It’s always been the case with me.” Despite the challenges in making the record, "The Nothing" was successful, debuting at No. 8 on the U.S. Billboard 200 chart.
The new Breaking Benjamin album, "Aurora," is slated to come out on Jan. 24, 2020 — right after the first day of the tour. The acoustic album features collaborations with many special guests, including Former Flyleaf singer Lacey Sturm, Cold frontman Scooter Ward, Saint Asonia vocalist Adam Gontier, RED's Michael Barnes, and Underoath's Spencer Chamberlain.
