Early in Season 3, things boiled over between Kayla and her ex-boyfriend Stephan’s family. When the Teen Mom star and Stephan’s mom, Annette, met up to resolve their issues, their confrontation quickly turned physical.

Following the fight, Kayla vowed that Stephan and his family would never see Izaiah, which is even more of a reality now that Ryan is claiming paternity. In fact, even Kayla's mom agrees that Izaiah looks more like Ryan than he does Stephan.

No matter how the tables turn, this revelation is certain to cause a rift in Kayla and Luke’s already rocky relationship.
