The actor was already in a serious relationship with fellow actress Hassie Harrison, even in the midst of their TV romance with Rachel. The TV show Hart of Dixie included a small character named Lucy, played by his ex-girlfriend.
In an interview with Cosmopolitan UK, Wilson alluded to having a girlfriend a year prior, even though the two didn’t make their relationship official until 2013. He declared that he enjoys hanging out with his girlfriend.
“I am outside most of the time. I enjoy spending time with my girlfriend, my dog Tucker, the ocean, and hiking.
In addition, he said that his partner “would describe me as a good boyfriend – I’m pretty doting” in response to the interviewer’s inquiry, “Are you a good boyfriend?”
The actor didn’t say who his companion was at the time, but it was later discovered that she was Hassie Harrison.
The two had a very private relationship. Over their partnership, they appeared a few times. The pair made their public debut at the Jared Halloween Party, which took place at the Beacher’s Madhouse at the Hollywood in late 2013.
