Jill Suzanne Wagner was born on January 13, 1979, in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, to father David Wagner. Although her mother’s identity is unknown, it has been widely reported that she died shortly after giving birth to her.
She grew up with an older brother named Brandon Wagner. Wagner was raised by her father and grandparents, both of whom served in the United States military. She is of Caucasian descent and holds US citizenship.
Wagner attended Ledford Senior High School before enrolling at North Carolina State University, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in business management in 2001. She also attended the Barbizon Modeling and Acting School.
