Tookes was previously linked to Juan David Vorrero. Her boyfriend, Alfredo Borrero Vega, is the director of Snap Inc’s international markets and the son of Ecuador’s Vice President. In September 2020, the couple also announced their engagement.
Juan made the most romantic proposal to Tookes. He proposed to her in the middle of the desert in Utah, while they were taking in the breathtaking scenery. He posed the question by forming the letters “WYMM?” out of rocks.
Juan also did not spare any costs when he proposed with a Ritani design ring, which contains a 7-carat oval-cut diamond set in 12k yellow gold and is valued at over $250,000. In any case, Tookes and her fiancé have yet to tie the knot.
