While certain credulous enthusiasts accepted the post without question, others promptly disregarded it, perhaps having gained insight from the multitude of fabricated celebrity demise rumors that have surfaced in recent times.
Because the demise of a boxer would have engendered substantial media attention across networks, certain individuals observed that no major American network had carried the news, implying that it was a fabricated report.
On Thursday, November 30th, Floyd Mayweather Jr.’s representatives officially declared his survival. “He becomes the most recent celebrity to be duped by this scheme. They advised, “Cease placing stock in Internet rumors; he is alive and well.”
Certain supporters are enraged by the false report, labeling it irresponsible, distressing, and detrimental to the boxer’s devoted fan base.
Others contend that this proves his immense international popularity.
