Don Lemon recently has been through a massive controversy. The television anchor made headlines for his retirement after commenting on “women in their prime.”
Netizens rumored that Lemon would leave the show; however, he is all set to return to the network and will attend the formal training following the inappropriate comments he made last week.
So, the news was shared by the network’s chief executive, Chris Licht, via email to the employees Monday night.
Following the notice, he added, after a formal meeting with Don and having a frank and meaningful conversation, the decision was made.
Don also agreed to join the formal training; the team and Don himself took the situation. Lemon has also apologized for the comment he passed to the employee last week.
