From Banking Center to Marketing and Management Control, Sara exhibited a keen understanding of the financial world.
One of her significant contributions to Banca Mediolanum was her role as the Intangible Asset Manager of the Mediolanum Group.
In this capacity, she led initiatives aimed at developing and managing the company’s intangible assets.
Her responsibilities extended to communicating these assets both internally and externally.
She was instrumental in creating the Group’s Social Balance Sheet and supervising activities related to Public Relations, Improvement Groups, Customer Satisfaction, and workplace quality, showcasing her versatility within the organization.
Sara’s commitment to the financial sector extended beyond Banca Mediolanum.
She served as a Program Counselor for Italia Distribuzione S.p.A. from 1997 to 1998 and held positions on the Board of Directors of various companies, including PI Servizi S.p.A. and Vacanze Italia S.p.A.
In 2015, Sara Doris became a member of the Board of Directors at Banca Mediolanum S.p.A., a position that would later see her rise to the role of Vice President in September 2021.
