Following the YouTube reveal, Mike also shared the same video on his Instagram. However, the Instagram version came with a descriptive caption.
In the caption, he penned that he was proud of the project and thanked his co-hosts, Rene Chavez and Carlos Gutierrez, for stepping up.
After the customary shout-outs to his collaborators, he explained that the podcast would be exactly what the name suggests. It was about taking a lap to recharge mentally, emotionally, and physically.
The curated content would be largely focused on life and the stuff people go through and sometimes want to keep to themselves or things they don't hear enough of.
Apart from the new venture into the world of podcasts, Mike has been busy co-parenting his daughter MK, as evident from all the Instagram posts. He hasn't stepped into the dating scene yet.
